OUR QUALITY POLICIES

Our company has decided to continue its future activities in accordance with the principles of Quality Management Systems, taking into account the changing world order and quality understanding.

ISO 9001:2015

Analyzing the requests and expectations of our internal and external stakeholders; in order to meet these expectations, to ensure that our personnel are continuously competent and motivated, to ensure that our equipment park and facility infrastructure are in accordance with the current technology, to encourage our institution for continuous improvement and to ensure that our quality management system we have established is adopted and implemented by all personnel and that this system is continuously improved
To meet customer requirements in a timely and complete manner, to measure the perceptions and expectations of our customers at regular intervals and to improve service quality within the framework of our resources,
To continuously improve product quality and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in a way to ensure customer satisfaction and to use its resources in the most effective way for this purpose,
To carry out a management system in accordance with national and international legislation and laws in our field of activity,
To enable our existing staff to participate in various courses and seminars in order to continuously improve the quality of activities in our organization,
To increase production efficiency by constantly following the changing and developing technology,
To take all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of our stakeholders’ information at a professional level,
To identify and control the risks, internal and external issues that occur in the conditions of product and service creation by complying with the relevant national laws and regulations,
Implementation of our activities in harmony with occupational health and safety and environmental management system,
As management, we undertake that all activities and measures will be taken to maintain and improve the quality management system that we have established in line with their ideas, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, within the framework of accountable and transparent principles, with the participation of all our staff.

ISO 14001:2015

To comply with the environmental legislation in our country and to keep it up to date
To ensure measurable continuous improvement in every possible area related to the environment
Identify environmental dimensions, identify types of environmental impacts and damages
To carry out all necessary training, announcement and awareness-raising activities to ensure that environmental awareness is adopted by all our employees, suppliers of goods and services and becomes a philosophy of life. Setting an example to our competitors, stakeholders, society and other businesses with our practices, sharing our knowledge and experience, and contributing to the spread of environmental awareness
To take all necessary measures to protect the ecological balance and minimize negative impacts during the services we produce.

To reduce the use of natural resources and waste production during our activities; to ensure the prevention of pollution by carrying out the necessary work for the continuous monitoring and protection of air, soil and water, to determine the types of environmental impacts and damages by determining environmental dimensions.
To comply with all environmental laws and regulations while conducting our business, to act in the direction of continuous improvement of our environmental health performance, to determine and review the goals and objectives in this direction and to explain the progress.

In the light of these principles, we continuously implement and improve our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System for the better.
Our goals and objectives to keep these principles effective:
To record all environmental accidents and near-miss incidents and take necessary precautions
Reducing the consumption of materials that generate hazardous waste as much as possible
Minimizing pollution and waste
Continuously train employees and inform our suppliers
As the management, we undertake that all activities and measures will be taken to maintain and improve the Environmental Management system, which we have established in line with its ideas, with the participation of all our personnel within the framework of accountable and transparent principles in accordance with the legislation requirements.

ISO 45001:2018

To comply with the occupational health and safety legislation in our country and the requirements of the organizations of which it is a member
Provide continuous training to employees and suppliers and encourage them to implement these principles
To set goals and objectives in this direction and to review them every year and explain their progress
In the light of these principles, we aim to continuously implement and improve our ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System for the better.
Our goals and objectives to keep these principles effective:

  • To record all accidents and near-miss incidents and take necessary precautions
  • Raising awareness of employees on the use of protective equipment and taking measures in this regard.
  • Establishing a Culture of Prevention by Systematically Conducting Risk Assessments Related to Possible Dangerous Situations and Behaviors within the Scope of All Our Activities
  • Ensuring that all Employees and Related Parties adopt the fundamental duty of not endangering the Health and Safety of themselves, other Employees and Visitors through necessary information and training.
  • Informing the personnel through the management representative about all kinds of health, safety, environment, legal obligations, problems that may arise between the company and the personnel and similar issues.
  • To adopt the responsibilities of employees for the prevention of injuries and impairment of health, compliance with applicable legal requirements and other requirements to which our company is committed, and continuous improvement

AS9100:2018

By systematically analyzing the needs and expectations of our internal and external stakeholders, we are committed to ensuring that our personnel remain continuously competent and motivated, that our equipment park and facility infrastructure align with current technological standards, and that our institution is consistently encouraged toward continuous improvement. We aim to ensure that the quality management system we have established is fully adopted and implemented by all personnel and that this system is subject to ongoing refinement.

In order to meet customer requirements in a timely and comprehensive manner, we are dedicated to regularly assessing customer perceptions and expectations, and improving the quality of our services within the framework of our available resources. We are also committed to continuously enhancing product quality and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing the use of our resources.

We will operate a management system that adheres to all relevant national and international legislation and regulations within our field of activity. To further improve the quality of our operations, we will provide opportunities for our personnel to participate in various training courses and seminars. Additionally, we will strive to increase production efficiency by keeping pace with changing and developing technologies.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our stakeholders’ information at a professional level, and will take all necessary measures to protect it. Furthermore, we will identify and manage risks, as well as address internal and external issues that arise during the production and service delivery processes, in compliance with all relevant national laws and regulations.

To comply with the quality management and customer satisfaction principles outlined in our country’s legislation and the requirements of the organizations of which we are a member, we commit to:

  1. Providing continuous training to employees and suppliers, encouraging them to implement effective complaint handling practices and principles.
  2. Setting clear goals and objectives for customer satisfaction and complaints management, reviewing them annually to evaluate progress.
  3. Continuously implementing and improving our ISO 10002:2018 Customer Satisfaction Management System to enhance our service quality.

Our goals and objectives to ensure effective complaint management include:

  • Recording all customer complaints and feedback to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions.
  • Raising employee awareness about the importance of customer feedback and how to effectively address concerns.
  • Establishing a Culture of Responsiveness by systematically analyzing complaints to prevent recurrence and improve processes.
  • Ensuring all employees and relevant parties understand their role in not only addressing customer concerns but also in preventing issues that may lead to dissatisfaction.
  • Keeping personnel informed through the management representative about health, safety, legal obligations, and any issues that may arise in relation to customer interactions.
  • Encouraging employees to take responsibility for effective complaint handling and the continuous improvement of customer service.
